We work with self-employed Associate Tutors who align with our values-led framework while retaining autonomy in their teaching approach.
This is a self-employed associate role delivering structured online 1:1 tuition under the Tutoring with Charley brand.
Associate Tutors:
• Deliver online sessions to allocated learners
• Plan their own sessions
• Align with our structured lesson framework
• Record attendance and notes via TutorBird
• Maintain professional communication standards
Minimum commitment:
Two consistent weekly sessions during term time.
Holiday work:
Optional.
You May Be a Strong Fit If You:
• Have solid experience with primary-aged learners
• Feel confident delivering engaging online sessions
• Have experience supporting anxious or SEND learners
• Value emotional regulation alongside academic progress
• Can commit to consistent weekly availability
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) appropriate professional insurance
